The joy of being a CrazyDogMama.

After a shit day, I come home. One dog pisses on floor, the other dog pukes. The piss-dog tries to eat the puke-dogs puke. I clean it up and dry heave in the kitchen sink because I haven't eaten all day due to stress. I have a beer. I will probably be "Sleepless in Seattle" again tonight because my anxiety level is off the charts. It might be rubbing off on the dogs. Somebody kill me now.

    I go through bouts of insomnia too every now and then (usually lasting about a week or two), by the end you're just so exhausted you want someone to put you out of your misery because it's like having a 2 week hangover.

    How did the beer work for you? Did you sleep better?

  2. the beer helped me sleep for about 2 hours - but then that was it. *sigh* It was not restful sleep.

  3. Things will get better. The after-the-holidays blues hits most people and being stressed about things will kill any chance of sleep. You should go work out, come home and have your hubby give you a massage. Down a couple of beers and see if that works. :)
