A new dish
I made pork tenderloin in a homemade picatta sauce (capers, butter, lemon, white wine, parsely, my special chicken/beef stock, shallots, sea salt and cracked pepper), served with steamed broccoli and cauliflower. I ate ALL my veges! with no potato! I'm bored with the same 'ol things, so I got my cookbooks out. Jim thinks I'm completely out of my mind when I take pictures of my food, especially if we go to a restaurant. He pretends he doesn't know me. LOL. I can't help it.
