Cheryl Sandwich

The "Cheryl" Sandwich: (How I got Jim to marry me.) Fresh warm French bread loaf, deli style roasted chipotle sauce, Inglehoffer creamy horseradish, Alouette garlic and herb havarti cheese spread, green pepper, pepperoncini, tomato, prime deli roast beef, peppered salami, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, pepper jack cheese, black ground pepper, lettuce, red onion, and Emeril's Original Essence.

This huge sandwich is great for potlucks and picnics, or you can slice it up and get several meals out it. This is what I did tonight, splitting it into 3 parts. For dessert? The best spiked eggnog on the planet! It has rum, brandy and blended whiskey already in it! Then I brewed myself a nice cup of "Coffee Bean Holiday Blend". I got a new single cup making coffee pot today, too. Love it! Bon Appetit!

  1. Wow, that sandwich looks really good! It's only 8:45 in the morning but I would totally eat that for breakfast right now. I am searching for that egg nog today also!

  2. Thanks! I got the egg nog at Costco when I was in California. I don't know if you have Costco's in Florida, but it was only $11.99 there. :) We can't buy hard alcohol at Costco in WA - only state-run stores. It SUCKS.

  3. We have Costco but not up by me, we have Sam's Club. I am definitely going to make the trip to look for it. Still drooling over the sandwich :)

  4. i have been wanting one of those one cup coffee makers but wont' get one cause the coffee you get is usually in the prepacked dealies and i make my coffee about three thousand times stronger than normal. but i see you have regular coffee there, can you just put your own coffee in it? i might have to get one!
