Need Laptop Ideas

Despite all the good, I still don't sleep, as you may have noticed from the time on my last post. I really don't know what to do about that one except try to exercise a lot.

Anyway, I'm researching laptops. So far, I like the Sony's and the Toshiba's. I love the new attributes! The resolution is so clear and colorful! I guess mine was pretty old. Shiny new toys make me happy!

Anyone have an opinion on good laptops? Don't ignore my questions like you usually do, I really need some help here!

okay ....the other day you blogged about going for coffee AT NIGHT. Hello? Girl you gotta cut down on the caffeine. If not eliminate it, drink it only before noon. And how's the boxing going? What's your activity level look like? How many workouts are you getting in a week? Are you napping on the weekends? Stop it. You know what to do to get your sleep back on track. ~Nichole

  2. LOL...yes mom. ;-)

Actually I don't drink coffee at night very often - only in the morning. I start the boxing either at the end of this month, or beginning of Nov. My workouts right now are weight training/running stairs about 3 times a week. Yes, I nap a lot on weekends - but I have the insomnia during the week! Do you think it still affects it? I can't seem to turn my brain off and I just don't want to take pills. I am so sick of pills. Maybe it's the spicy food??? Anyway, I love that you care about me. Tell me more about that hot yoga workout thing...I've never done that? Do you think I could handle it? I'm a little bit of a spaz.

um..if you wanna sleep? yes do bikram yoga. go find a studio up there and just go. be prepared not to wear much. seriously. like a workout bra top and bike shorts. anything more and you'll die. don't worry there's always somebody there that will look worse than you so don't even stress. do what you can. it's intense, and bootcampish, and a bit on the sweaty side..but it will make you sleep.

and yes I think naps on the weekend can def. disrupt your sleep patterns. to get back on track you gotta standardize your bedtimes and wakeups every single day. what are you doing at night? find activities to wind you down not rile you up. low lighting..soft music..no TV, no stressful news on CNN etc. get up earlier in the AM and go for a walk outside before work to create a sleep deficit so you'll go to bed ready to sleep at night. ~nichole
