Absolutely Unmotivated...
...to do anything. I keep reading all these blogs where people are working out with a vengeance, eating clean, losing weight and are just generally pumped-up and motivated. I am not motivated to do shit this week. I've been sleeping too much, eating too much and afraid to get on the scale. I've been eating all of my "intolerant" foods, therefore I'm grumpy, sickly and dragging my big, fat ass. I suffer from "workout burnout". I wish I was more like Skwigg and Yogagirl. For some reason I just can't think "fitness" and "Health" 24-7. I enjoy my fitness regimen of HIIT (occasionally), but I'll never have that trainer mentality full-time. I'm not sure why. I have extensive knowledge, its just that I have too many days of not caring. There are times when I get into a specific yoga position on the floor, and decide just to stay on the floor and take a nap. What is wrong with me?

In other news, I am obsessed with getting an iPod. Can't afford it right now, but I *really* want one. I think I want the iPod mini, in lime-green. or pink? I don't know. I really want a McDonald's hamburger, too. Just help me NOW. geez...

Let's see how long my detox lasts - knowing me - 24 hours! I'm terrible at consistently doing ANYTHING - like you I've got the knowledge, just not the consistent approach to make anything stick. Ho hum.

On the iPod thing - I've got a Zen Jukebox from Creative and I love it. They've just released some multimedia players which are a cross between an iPaq and an mp3 player - very tempting. If you want the iPod for it's looks and status, go ahead, but if you want a really good mp3 player which will play ANY media file, including .wma (iPod won't) then take a look a the Zen's.

Catch you later

I heart my iPod mini! It's blue and so very cute! And it does play the mp3's and wma's, it just converts them first. But there's nothing to it, the conversion is automatic when you put the song in the iPod library.

Motivated. Hmmm, nope, not me. Just love to eat and hate to sweat. I really hate being fat too but as long as I don't look in the mirror or try to do anything really physical I don't notice it so much.

I hear ya... I have no interest in working out or eating well which would lead to loosing weight, even though I'm pressured to loose weight for my wedding in 7 months! Food is a drug for me... I can't get enough! Oh and the sleep! I sleep so much! LOL - Fallen Angel (www.fallenangel.blog-city.com)

I agree with Kristielicous. I LOVE MY iPOD! I love it from its hold button, to the play button, to iTune, to the program that will sync it with my Outlook contacts, calendar, and notes (it also syncs it for weather and movie times). I love the iTrip that makes it possible for me to listen in my car or anywhere with a radio. I love how easy it is to work. But mostly I love that I have a 30GB model and it holds every CD that I have ever purchased and then some. The only thing I don't particularly like is that if you buy music from iTunes it is in a protected AAC format. In order to be able to share that music with someone else (illegally, mind you) is to convert it to a wave file, then back into mp3. But there might even be a program out there that does a direct conversion. That is just my fix to the problem though. Oh - and I don't like the concept of everything being white because it just draws attention to the fact that you have one. I think it makes you a target for theft.

Did I mention that I love my iPod? If I could buy everyone in the world one, I would. You would be third on the list, third only to my sister and my boyfriend. =)
